How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you have follow these steps:

1 – Contact our client support team at support@giftholics.com within the 7- day return period.
2 – Give your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Eligibility
Things to consider to be eligible for a return:

1 – To be eligible for a return, a product opening videotape without any edits must be submitted along with your return request. This videotape helps us ensure the product will return  to us in its original condition.

Refund Process
Upon receiving your request for a return and product opening videotape, we will review the information provided. However, we will initiate the refund process, If your return is approved.

Return Shipping – Free
We offer free of cost return shipping for eligible returns.

Refund Process – 7 Business Days
Once your return is received, we will start the refund process immediately and you will receive a refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment system used for the purchase.

Client Responsibility
1. Product Condition – Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

2. Return Packaging – Securely package the product to prevent any damage during transit.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, email us at support@giftholics.com as soon as possible. However, we will cancel it and issue a refund, If the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it’s subject to the standard return policy.
